Installation Instructions
The selection of appropriate anilox volume is determined according to the different performance of the equipment (uniform scraping method, working accuracy and running speed, etc.), the characteristics of ink or coating solution, the printing materials with different ink absorption or coating solution performance, and the different amount of ink or coating required by the graphic forms on the flexographic plate. Then, the appropriate anilox specification is selected by referring to the Geometric Parameters and Volume Table of the Mesh of the anilox Roller. We can design and customize the corresponding net types with different shapes and transfer quantities according to special needs.
