HD Carton Printing Ink

This water based ink is made of high-quality imported acrylic resin, acrylic emulsion, high-performance pigments, additives and water through special processing. This product has fine texture, bright colors, soft gloss, stable printing viscosity, and is not easy to block the screen.  The printing dots are clear, especially suitable for multi-color machine pairs, white cardboard, kraft cardboard, coated paper, for rapid dot overprint printing.

Installation Instructions

User's guidance

Printing substrate: white cardboard, kraft cardboard, coated paper.  The type-changing ink has a certain degree of thixotropy and needs to be stirred evenly before use.
 After the ink is opened, it needs to be covered and sealed to prevent dust from falling and drying out.
 If impurities are accidentally added to the ink, it must be filtered first and the pH value checked before use with new ink.
 If customer think the viscosity of the ink is too high, you can add an appropriate amount of water to adjust.  (Note: It is better to take an appropriate amount and divide it into batches during use. It is better to gradually increase the use to ensure the adaptability of the ink.)
