 ZX2000 is a high-performance online colloid mill that can perform wet grinding and coarse and fine grinding of hard and granular raw materials. It is especially suitable for producing colloidal solutions or extremely fine emulsions and suspensions.  Excellent dispersion properties allow this machine to be used in continuous processes, providing a narrow distribution range of ground particles in a single pass.  For difficult grinding tasks, the colloid mill can be installed via a pipe connection into a recirculation circuit with a working vessel.

 If you want to best adapt the machine to process requirements, you can equip it with different grinding heads.  Helical gear tools and transverse gear tools are available.

 The tapered geometry of the grinding head allows axial rotation of the stator, allowing infinite adjustment of the grinding gap.  This allows the dispersion effect to be adjusted, especially for many different raw materials.

 Since the rotor and stator do not have continuous chutes, the probability of particles passing through the generator without being processed is extremely small.  These common characteristics allow the colloid mill to reduce the particle size to the smallest size, thereby obtaining similar
dispersion effects at a higher flow rate, which can compete with high-pressure homogenizers.
